The villa can sleep a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children who are 17 years or younger and includes use of the villas private dining and lounge facilities.
SHARED USE:
The villa can be booked by sharing guests looking for a more exclusive experience – private accommodation and shared use of the villas private dining and lounge facilities.

- Luxury Villa style accommodation on the banks of the Zambezi River – within the Zambezi National Park
- Personal Butler service (1 x butler per villa)
- Transfers (private) from/to the Victoria Falls Airport
- All meals
- Local and superior beverages
- Tour of the Falls– the entry fee into the Rainforest is for the guest’s own account
- Transfers to/from National Park Gate / Jetty for 3rd party activities
- Bird watching
- Game activities: choice of either a morning/afternoon game drive in the Zambezi National Park, and a sunrise/sunset river cruise – per person per day. Snacks & local beverages as well as superior drinks are included on the game drives and/or the sunset river cruises
- Afternoon Tea
- Complimentary access to the onsite Fitness Centre
